We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us and you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. We are only able to offer this guarantee on the basis that the goods being returned are in a resellable condition. It is important that you do not insert a SIM card into the phone as this creates user's settings that will personalise the phone to you and your network. If this happens then we may not be able to accept your return, and you could end up liable for any costs incurred with the airtime agreement you have been connected to.
Please contact us on 0333 121 4 121 in order for us to provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN). Once we have provided you with this we will email you instructions of how to return your item(s).
If your handset has been deemed as “out of the box” faulty then you can return or exchange it within 30 days from delivery. If your handset has developed a fault outside of the 30 days return or exchange period then please contact the manufacturer direct for a replacement. To arrange a return or exchange please contact us on 0333 121 4 121 and we will provide you with an Exchange Authorisations Number (EAN) and email you full instructions on where to send your faulty handset.
